When do I get the door code– We text you a welcome message with arrival information and door code the morning of arrival. **Please do not arrive early without approval**
Are Pets allowed?– One dog 40lbs or less, must be crated if left alone (if found alone in cabin without crate we will ask you to leave without a refund), waste picked up please and must be on a leash when outside of cabin. If you sneak in multiple dogs we will ask you to leave without a refund.
What are check in/check out times– Check in is 4pm and check out is 10am. We can usually do a early check in by 2pm, contact the morning of arrival to request as we won’t know until housekeeping and maintenance are done.
Are Children allowed – The property is not suitable for children, due to elevated nature, each treehouse only sleeps 2 adults.
Is Smoking allowed – Not in treehouses and not on front or back decks of units.
What is your Cancel policy- If booking is less than 30 days out 100% is due at booking, if greater than 30 days to arrival, 50% is due at time of booking and remaining 50% is due 30 days before arrival. to Cancel and receive a full refund you must cancel great than 30 days before arrival, if cancelation is great than 14 days before arrival 50% may be refunded. We do not reschedule reservations once past the 30 day refund cutoff.
How much Parking is there: We have ample parking. If you would like to bring your boat, motorcycle on trailer, etc., please bring it. We can even park your motorhome. They will all be safe with easy access to your Treehouse.
Are there grills at the Treehouse- Currently there are no grills.
